 Mark Helmberger Memorial Service, July 30th. Johnson Chapel, Western Seminary, Time: TBD
Thank you for your prayers for Lisa Helmberger and family following pastor Mark’s passing on Sunday, June 26th.  Pastor Brad Gentry and the congregation at Woodland Park Chapel are reaching out to help the family in several ways.  Brad has reserved the Johnson Chapel at Western Seminary (Mark’s alma mater) to accommodate the many who would like to join in the remembrance.  More details of the service will be forthcoming. 

Pastors’ Breakfast, July 20th, 9 AM, Tollgate Inn, Sandy
InFaith pastors and church leaders in the eastern portion of the field will break bread together July 20th at the Tollgate Inn in Sandy.  Drop-in guests are always welcome at this no-host fellowship time.

Pastors’ Prayer, July 21st, 10 AM, Woodland Park Chapel
Join in with fellow shepherds as we talk with the Lord about His work in our communities.  All are welcome at this monthly prayer gathering led by pastors Steven Boyle and Brad Gentry.

NWxNW Taking a Summer Break
The monthly gathering of the leaders of InFaith fellowship churches in the far northwest corner of the field is on hiatus for the months of July and August, to accommodate the summer rush of ministry opportunities at the local level.  We will be gathering again in September.

What’s the Next Step for Your Personal Ministry?
Your next Big Step in service to the Lord might be to allow someone else to step up in your place.  None of us are getting any younger.  None of us want to ever stop following Jesus.  But there may be options to continuing to do what we did when we were younger.  Our physical and mental abilities change over time. Maybe our ministry assignments might change as well.  Check out this interesting article from JourneyOnline for some food for thought and prayer.  And if the Lord is calling you to a “next step,” give me a call.  I would love to pray with you, and may have an idea or two to share.
