Giving Thanks for Abundant Blessings!
GOD SUPPLIES ABUNDANTLY FOR THE DODGE REBUILDING PROJECT!
A recent stock donation from the Robert and Mary Jane Smith Foundation has brought the Dodge church building/furnishing fund to within about $40,000 of their anticipated need, according to Dodge Community Church Treasurer Wanda Skoein. The stock contribution, valued at more than $330,000 was the second large donation from the foundation, which expressed interest in helping rebuild within days of the 2020 fire that destroyed the old church building. Both contributions have been facilitated with the help of Sunday School Fellowship treasurer Frank Campbell, and the latest received assistance through the pro-bono services of TD Ameritrade.

PRE-REGISTER NOW FOR ADVANCE 2023
Pre-Registrations are coming in fast for ADVANCE 2023, January 20-22 at Twin Rocks on the Oregon Coast. This year’s ADVANCE is open not only to pastors, church leaders, missionaries and their spouses in InFaith’s Northwest Oregon Field, but – because our speaker is new InFaith CEO Jerry Iamurri – we have opened the event to other InFaith field staff from throughout the northwest states. Already, nine of our sixteen deluxe rooms in the Pacific Woods lodge have been claimed, and five of the cabin accommodations have been reserved. So please click here today to get more information and pre-register. Come bless and be blessed in the fellowship of other servant-leaders!
Those who have already pre-registered and mailed in their payments should be receiving email confirmation this week.
Other notes in the field: Pastor Dennis Brown of Deer Island Community Church and Pastor Bob Droullard of Dover Community Church will be saying goodbye to their congregations this coming Sunday, November 27th. Dennis and Ruth are moving to Sisters, Oregon to care for Ruth’s ailing father. Bob is retiring from pastoral ministry after 40+ years at Dover. Pastor Jason Young will take over as lead shepherd at Dover in December. Currently there are six churches in our field functioning without permanent pastors. One which is now seeking candidates is Mountain Home Church of Elwood. Applications for that vacancy are being accepted until December 1. Click here for more information.
May this week be one of blessing and thanksgiving to our gracious Lord, who provides life abundantly to all who seek Him through His Son, our Savior Jesus Christ.
