Getting "ripped" for the Summer!

OOPS! Your Newsletter may not have arrived on time! The Postal Service had a difficult time processing our newsletter mailing this month.  Some came back in shreds.  Unfortunately, the post office can’t tell us how many were destroyed.  Nor did they include the addressee portion of those they did send back.  SO…I don’t know if yours got to you!  If you would like to see what you missed, please go online to www.nworinfaith.org/newsletters or just drop me a note at thiscox@infaith.org and I will send you a new one, safely tucked in an envelope.

Can you Swing a Hammer? Or do minor plumbing and electrical work?  Mountain Home Community Church is looking for volunteers who can help with ADA renovations to their small sanctuary and bathroom.  The job does not seem too complex.  It involves building an outdoor wheelchair ramp, a couple mobile ramps indoors, and expanding an existing restroom sometime this summer.  The church has been offered a loan from Sunday School Fellowship for the project, but hopes to keep costs down by using volunteer labor as much as possible.  If the Lord would have you pitch in, please contact Pastor Dan Wentworth, danwent@comcast.net .

  • June 14, 10 AM – NWxNW at Hudson Park Bible Church, Rainier

  • June 16, 9 AM – InFaith Pastors’ Breakfast at Tollgate Inn, Sandy

  • June 17, 10 AM – InFaith Pastors’ Prayer at Woodland Park Chapel, Portland

  • June 20 – Area missionary preaching at Dover Community Church (outside Sandy)
